We come from a time when we believed that, with our education, we would achieve what we wanted. We had invested in degrees, languages, unpaid internships. But quickly, our dream fades away; rejections begin when looking for a job. That CV that once seemed so complete now appears full of useless things. You take more courses and lock yourself in your studio; you have to invest all your time in searching for a job—everything else is a waste of time and money. You become increasingly isolated; you no longer feel connected to the university, nor to the labour market, and suddenly, without realising it, you have gone from being a person full of hope, ideas and energy to becoming an isolated, insecure being, without the strength to prove what you were once worth—a bug.
